The easy fix for the red-light camera debate is for people to stop at red lights. If this were the popular choice then the revenue would dry up and the cameras would be removed; debate over.
It would also be nice if people would obey other traffic laws such as: no talking or texting while driving, slower traffic moving to the right lane, no high beams in traffic, and other legal requirements and/or courtesies that would make driving so much more pleasant and less stressful.
