Regarding the March 28 letter, “Offender cuts tracking bracelet and runs”:
Well, duh. This happens repeatedly. Will someone please tell me the point of using this obviously stupid and ineffectual method of control? I’m sure these bracelets are not inexpensive to us taxpayers.
