GPS just a waste of $10 million

Regarding the article, “Community Transit’s GPS to let riders track buses”: We balk at providing $2 million for higher education and then throw away $10 million on a feel-good program for a failed transit system. The $10 million is to provide efficiency — traffic congestion does that. I am sure that should the price of a bus ride go up due to the $10 million, riders would not like it. So much money for so little results. Only the government could afford this White Elephant!
