On Aug. 27 at 4:40 p.m., I found my car had a flat tire! I called Les Schwab at 4805 Evergreen Way and was told they close at 5 p.m.
I arrived at 4:59 p.m. and was met by a young man. I gave him the key and went inside to arrange payment. I was offered coffee!
At 5:12 p.m, I was in my car, tire fixed at no charge!
In a climate of dishonesty and unscrupulous business practices, it is most refreshing to find a company with ethics, honesty and true customer service.
Thank you Les and a great crew.
