I am absolutely thrilled with the new Regional Apprenticeship Pathways (RAP) program serving the youth of Snohomish County at Marysville Pilchuck High School. What an inspiring example of how creative partnerships — in this case, labor, industry, and education — can come together around a common concern and produce real results.
Bringing hands-on training in the skilled trades back into our high schools meets the needs of trades-oriented students, local businesses, and our community as a whole. Thanks to County Commissioner Nate Nehring, Rep. Mike Sells, Marysville School District, Everett Community College, and all others who made this amazing opportunity possible!
