Greater access result of teamwork

I appreciated the recent article in The Herald noting the Chamber of Commerce Awards on education leadership for Sen. Jean Berkey and I.

However, everything in Olympia requires teamwork, and I was especially proud to have the support in the House of my seatmate, Rep. John McCoy, as a co-sponsor. In addition, Reps. Mark Ericks and Al O’Brien, 1st District; Rep. Chris Strow, 10th District; Reps. Mary Helen Roberts and Brian Sullivan in the 21st District; Reps. Hans Dunshee and John Lovick, 44th District, all joined in with their support as co-sponsors from the beginning of the process to help bring greater higher education access to the area.
