Chief Green is head and shoulders ahead of his opponent for Sheriff of Snohomish County. His experience, education and integrity make him the most qualified. This makes him the most obvious choice to head our Sheriff Office. He has 35 years experience. He has risen from deputy to Bureau Chief. He has served at all levels in the office from patrol, homicide, investigations, budgeting and administration.
His opponent was in traffic law enforcement with little or no administrative experience. His experience and education is not comparable to Chief Green. He has been part of the Olympia tax and spend group for many years. From what we have read in The Herald he has rarely seen a tax he did not like, including raising car license tabs and state gasoline tax, (Washington’s gas tax is among the highest in the country). He left law enforcement to become a politician.
We ask you to cast your vote for Tom Greene to be our chief law enforcement officer of Snohomish County.
