According to the Tuesday article in The Herald our illustrious governor is going to the Paris Air Show to lobby for some aerospace work for our high tax state of Washington!
First of all, I really don’t think any French company or other European company would want their stuff built here with the taxes they’d have to pay! Secondly, Europe is still upset over the $35 billion contract they lost to Boeing.
Therefore it’s my opinion (I hope I’m wrong) this trip is nothing more than a boondoggle or vacation for our little dictators on taxpayers’ time and money! After all, a poor excuse is better than none at all!
