Hard-working leaders make the difference

I have been reading a lot of negative comments about the Marysville School District. I am saddened by the lack of its leadership and vision. But, its turmoil really makes me grateful that my children are being educated in Snohomish School District.

I am thankful for principals like Scott Peacock of Centennial Middle School. The Snohomish School District is so lucky to have leaders like Scott who actually lead the school and are eager to make positive changes to better our children’s education. I am most imressed how after hours he is still there, willing to talk or help anyone who is in need.

If we had more people like Scott Peacock who are willing to lead positively, then we would have more teachers who want to teach successfully, which would result in more children who obtain achievement for their future.
