Regarding Julie Muhlstein’s Wednesday column on the Red Hat Society: Julie, you go girl! No, you are not the only one with these sentiments!
I applaud you for voicing your opinion, and you can be assured that you are not the only one that thinks that the Red Hat Society reminds us (and I am over 55) of something our mothers’ generation would join. Many do, and I am sure they have a wonderful time, but in this age of trying to stay youthful, why advertise being “elderly” and looking silly in the process?
