In the Dec. 12 sports page article (“Fall season was one to remember”) why was there no mention of the state champion Sultan High girls soccer team? What’s up with that? I thought The Herald is Snohomish County’s paper? The last time I looked, Sultan was still in the county. I overlooked the fact in the Nov. 23 paper (after both Cascade and Sultan moved into the soccer finals) that Cascade was on the front page of The Herald while Sultan got one small paragraph.
Then in the Nov. 24 paper (after Sultan won the championship game and Cascade lost their respective game) Cascade got more press again. My only conclusion is that your paper thinks that it is better being a loser in Everett than a winner in Sultan!
