Herald homework: Mom’s a great teacher, but I miss school

My school is closed because of the coronavirus. A lot of people are getting sick and my mommy is pregnant with my fifth sister, so we have to keep them healthy. Home-schooling is awesome! My mom is the best teacher. She gets frustrated but she always figures it out.

My mom means so much to me and I wish she was my real teacher. But I miss Mrs. Barashkoff at Immaculate Conception in Everett. She teaches the best math and reading. I miss school because I miss my friends. I also miss hugs from my teacher and my friends.
