Though I’ve meant to write applauding many excellent Letters to the Editor, I am writing to you about one with which I disagree, which said a “Better balance on election needed.”
Given the sale of The Herald, staff cuts and other challenges, I feel The Daily Herald has done an excellent job covering the election and assisting our democratic voting process.
The editorials I have read cited facts and have backed (or can back) those facts up with proof. By the definition of “positive,” any opposing editorials about Trump would have to be made up of campaign untruths, outright lies (arguably there is no proof to cite for positive claims) and be no more than the definition of propaganda which is not a means to arriving at an informed decision about this election.
