Although I am currently in the Middle East serving in the war as a U.S. Army military police officer (Operation Enduring Freedom) I am also a full-time police officer in the local community (now on military leave) and know John Lovick personally.
John is very interested in public safety and if re-elected will continue to help keep our community safe. In addition to finding new sources for law enforcement funding he is committed to supporting the individual police officers and deputy sheriffs who every day put their lives on the line – so that you don’t have to live in fear for your personal safety or constant worry that your property will be damaged or stolen. In this world of uncertainty we need strong and effective leaders to make sure our priorities are properly set. I enjoy reading The Herald via the Internet and hope your readers will join me in voting (via absentee or in person) for John Lovick so that by the time I return in 2003 he will already be back on the job!
