If all this Olympic fervor makes you wish you could set a world record, now’s your chance. On Aug. 31, you can join an attempt to set a Guinness record for the largest number of people performing the hokey-pokey at once. But if it’s been a while since you put your backside in and shook it all about, consider practicing first. You wouldn’t want to be the one who got the effort disqualified because the Guinness people thought you were doing the macarena.
