Holiday decor not safe at cemetery

I wanted to alert people to some good deals coming up in East Snohomish County.

Yes, my family will be decorating about 10 graves at Sultan Cemetery this weekend. By Tuesday the flowers/plants will have been stolen. We’re not the only family that experiences this. I understand the plants are then sold at yard sales.

Perhaps if the town of Sultan spent more than eight hours a month on maintenance the cemetery would not look so much like the town dump across the street.

So much for the perpetual care for which we paid.
