I wish to share my optimism that House Bill 1110 will hopefully be law so that we can have middle housing available in our cities. Middle-market housing will allow for less-expensive housing units so that more can live in our cities; and hopefully not encroach on our airports and farms.
With more souls in our cities, operating transit services and preventing sprawl will become easier; hence my disappointment in my rural 39th Legislative District state senator’s floor speech of disapproval on an anti-sprawl, pro-housing bill in HB 1110. Furthermore, I submit HB 1110 means more customers for our state’s newspapers; and I’m sure that’s something you can stand behind.
