How did they pass the licensing test?

After reading Larry Simoneaux’s Tuesday commentary, I would like to add that there is no evidence that Neanderthals ever learned to read a newspaper or observe red lights and stop signs but somehow managed to pass a Washington state drivers test to get a license.

These are the same misfits who litter our neighborhoods with beer bottles, cans and empty sacks of fast food trash.

Do you ever wonder where they are going in such a dang hurry? I’m sorry that Mr. Simoneaux’s truck was damaged.
