Amazing – drive by Gissberg Lakes at Smokey Point, on I-5, and on these hot days, you can see another decision made by Snohomish County that is ridiculous. The cars for use of the lakes are parked on both sides of the road as far as you can see because the parking spaces are full. Meanwhile, the adjacent dry 10 acres (perfect for parking) has been turned into a “wetland” by a Park Department employee – and they let him do it. Oh, well … your county at work, not representing the people.
