How many dim bulbs does it take?

Everywhere you look here you see a nation in almost straight down decline. You’d think with all the possible issues that need Congress’ attention, finding and solving our many complex social and economic problems would occupy their every waking moment.

So what did the brain trust in Washington, D.C., come up with? They passed legislation telling me what kind of lightbulbs I can put in my house. With the complacency of a Republican president, George W. Bush.
