Sheen in the time of cholera: Actor Sean Penn said he believes celebrity train wreck and self-professed “winner” Charlie Sheen should go to Haiti and put his energies and “tremendous wit” to use helping Haitians struggling to recover from a devastating earthquake, cholera, poverty and civil unrest.

Before Sean Penn gets any more ideas, Haiti petitioned the United States to revoke the professor’s passport.
