Did you ever wonder about our justice system? Recently a young man was given six years for killing three people in an auto accident while racing. Another man in Washington was given 14 years for poaching geoducks. I guess this shows our lives are worth much less than that of geoducks. It seems that Judge Roy Bean’s “Law West of the Pecos” still exists. I hope someone can explain this!
