In the 5,000 or so years of recorded human history there have been thousands of rulers or leaders. They have lead every size and form of government known to man. Very few, however, had any lasting effect even just a few years after the end of their rule, and I can think of only five that had any effect 100 years later.
For Chuck Norris to state that President Obama is going to be the first leader in human history to have an effect for “…a thousand years…” is just hype.
If Mr. Norris (or anyone else for that matter) wants to sway my vote, stop the hype and give me some facts. Give me the Executive Order number, or a quote from legislation passed, or facts and figures I can substantiate. Once they do I will verify their statements and compare their figures with the last conservative Republican administration, and if indeed their statements and my verifications of them lead me to believe somebody else can do a better job I will vote for them.
But as long as all I hear is hype it makes me question if it’s all they have.
