I-933 is quite simple and already stated in our laws. Actually, it is in our Constitution. If government reduces my use of my property in the least amount, then I must be compensated for that reduction. I-933 has come about because our elected officials break their oaths of office nearly daily. The most egregious of those are the judges who actually ignore that provision of our Constitution and who are charged with guarding that same Constitution.
I-933 is very limited and only restates a provision of our state’s Constitution in a limited fashion. Yes on I-933.
