I’m voting against I-594, however I expect it will probably pass as the donations from the filthy rich keep pouring in!
Where I-594 will fail is in the courts after the elections as the NRA and other groups are sure to challenge it. The state will have to spend large sums of money defending it.
I’m reading the proposed I-594 and all its fine print. I, myself (not being a lawyer) can see where it will not pass the 2nd Amendment’s “infringement clause” as it goes far beyond the federal regulations. If this initiative isn’t infringement, I don’t know what is.
Let’s hope Bill Gates, Steve Ballmer and others don’t have enough money to buy out the Constitution of our great nation.
My question is what if both I-594 and I-591 pass? Which will have superiority? This would be another real mess!
Vote yes for I-591, vote no on I-594.
