The law some legislators are thinking about passing regarding those scary motorbikes will be no better than the leash law for dogs.
I am a disabled senior citizen and ride a 3-wheel electric scooter. On Aug. 10 I went to the store and was going home when a huge dog appeared out of nowhere and scared me half to death. I have a large, loud horn on the top of my tiller and blew it a couple times. A lovely lady came to help. She knew the dog and made it go home. People should realize even small dogs can bite severely. I know, I was bitten once a long time ago.
I want to thank the lady who helped me and tell everyone to keep their dogs on a strong leash or behind a good fence.
Just because people love their dogs is no sign everyone else does. If you truly love your dogs, please keep them and everyone else safe.
