I know that this “stay home, stay healthy” order from our governor has been difficult for many people, but things are beginning to open back up again. As this happens, we all still need to be careful in our actions so Covid-19 doesn’t explode, causing more people to be infected.
One thing we all can do is wear a mask whenever we are out and about. The medical experts have stated time and again that many people who have tested positive for the virus had absolutely no symptoms and they felt fine. These same experts have also stated that the masks help prevent us from sharing our germs with others.
Since people may not know they are carrying the virus and could spread it, we all need to be diligent in wearing masks whenever we are around people. Businesses are opening back up and the employees of those businesses are required to wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) so that they won’t infect their customers. If we don’t also wear protective equipment we could be infecting those employees, without even realizing it. If the employees get sick, the business will more than likely have to shut down once again. And we are back to square one.
The next time you leave your home, please think seriously about wearing a mask so that we never have to go through this “stay home, stay healthy” way of life again. Let’s all help save each other’s lives.
