According to an article in The Herald (“U.S. pilots want more training on new Boeing jet after crash,” The Herald, Nov. 30), Boeing failed to let anyone know about the changes they made to a plane they made. Hmmm.
So a 737 MAX crashes into the ocean after take off; the pilots were struggling with the controls. All 189 of the passengers and crew perished.
Who in Boeing is responsible for that grave mistake? We know it’s certainly not the workers building the plane. No, the plans are known by upper management who approves them; and, no one thought to give the pilots the instructions on the changes?
These are the people who should be held accountable for the loss of lives: upper management.
It’ll be interesting to see what the investigation turns up.
