When did the word “foreign” mean anything to do with an American citizen whether considered an “operative” or not? The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act seems to authorize illegal tactics and thus must be what defines the word and person of “operative,” and done in secret proceedings.
This merely bypasses the U.S. Constitution, the entire American justice system, and any sense of fair play, morality or justice.
I thought foreign referred to enemies outside the country. If instead it refers to “us” and we are at the whim of whoever is calling the shots and may not even be told of it — well then, I hope someone was stupid enough to do this to Trump and he abolishes the whole damn thing.
