It’s located in Virginia, not Washington, D.C.

I am very disappointed that inaccurate information was continued in multiple articles, including the Herald’s Sept. 22 front page story, “Standing up for Old Glory.” With the recent course of events, The Pentagon has seen a lot of publicity in various news sources. However, very few stories have correctly identified the location of the Pentagon. It has been located across the Potomac River from Washington D.C., in Arlington Virginia since 1943. I was disappointed that your newspaper did not correctly identify the Pentagon deaths as occurring in Virginia, rather than Washington D.C. I hope to straighten out this common misconception, and prevent this mistake from recurring in future articles.
