After 20 years of wearing my seatbelt, I get pulled over and get a ticket for improperly wearing my seatbelt. I have always had the shoulder strap under my arm. The public ads, the billboard signs, none of them say anything about having to wear it properly. So this goes out to the public as notice. The law states that you have to wear your seatbelt correctly – not just have it on. And does anyone know the definition of limit, as in speed limit?
