It’s real, but it’s not man-made

Regarding the Monday letter, “Deniers’ tactics are so predictable”:

I don’t know anyone who denies the existence of climate change as claimed in the letter. Indeed, the climate is changing all the time, always has and always will. Where most of the so-called “deniers” disagree with the global-warming sheep is the claim that climate change is man-made and we need to give the government more power by taxing us to reduce our bogus “carbon footprint” by charging us tax money to put in the politicians’ pockets to buy “carbon credits.”

You have to be pretty naïve to think you can control Mother Nature. It has been warmer in the past and I don’t recall any ancient civilizations driving big SUVs that pollute our atmosphere. Not reading anything about climate change being man-made, I think his premise is invalid.
