Regarding Eugene Robinson’s Tuesday column, “Nobel debate wins prize for absurdity”:
I think the headline should have read “Nobel wins prize for absurdity.” Leave out debate. How can anyone believe there is honesty in Obama’s nomination when the nominations were required to be in only two weeks after his taking office?
He was still marveling at the smell of fresh paint and learning where all the rooms were at two weeks, but he certainly hadn’t had time to make any decisions worthy of a Nobel prize.
