Jeff Sax doesn’t represent the citizens

I was outraged by the untrue remarks and political maneuvering by my county councilman Jeff Sax at the latest parks board nomination vote. Clearly Jeff Sax does not represent the citizens in our area by his actions in denying Therese Quinn, the YMCA volunteer of the year, a position on a parks board because she does not have “leadership qualities.”

I wonder what his true motivation is in denying this position to a most deserving candidate. This community needs parks, open spaces and recreational areas, not more development and congested roads. I will remember this vote at election time. Will you?
