Who was the editor of the Harvard Law Review and graduated magna cum laude in 1960.
Was a law professor at the University of Virginia and a professor at the University of Chicago Law School, and had the serious problem of believing the Constitution means what those folks who wrote and adopted it back in 1789 and 1791 said it meant.
