Regarding the Wednesday editorial, “Governor should bury Seattle’s tunnel idea”: If just once we could think smart and do it right. Leave the viaduct up while we build the tunnel and keep traffic moving – what a wonder that would be. I hope this is the time they think smart. The extra money would be well spent.
