Kerry/Edwards have plan for health care

The real strength of America has always been the middle class and the workforce by providing communities with economic stability and growth. However, under the Bush administration the middle class is suffering. One out of six have lost their jobs. Even those who have jobs have found their income has shrunk with the rising cost of gas, the rising cost of medical insurance and prescriptions, and now the cutting of overtime. Even a hard-working person’s earning power is cut and prices are rising. Cutting off those who can earn overtime is over-the-top control which will lessen money for families and money in communities – while Halliburton has unlimited contracts with the government.

The squeeze on the middle class is great. The Kerry-Edwards plan will make America more competitive on the world market without exporting jobs out of the U.S. The Kerry-Edwards plan will help families with rising health-care costs with premium relief up to $1,000. The high cost of not providing every child with health care may be unseen at the present time but the impact on our country will have lasting effects. How many future gold medals winners will be lost because children didn’t have needed health care? As a great nation how can we not care for the most vulnerable?

Bush’s lack of concern for those who are the future of America is appalling. The Kerry-Edwards plan will allow our greatness to shine by securing jobs in America and health care for every child.
