Linda Grafer is a founding member of the Parks and Arts Commission, where she has served since 1981. Based on this experience, she is campaigning for a seat on the City Council. However, a City funded survey of park and recreational facilities, programs and services this year revealed widespread dissatisfaction.
Are you are happy with the availability and quality of neighborhood parks in your part of the city? I’m not, and neither are an overwhelming majority of Mukilteo residents. Do you even have a neighborhood park? Quality of life is what separates successful cities and towns from declining communities, and convenient access to an attractive neighborhood park enhances our quality of life.
I want effective leadership, so I’m voting for Pat Kessler for Mukilteo City Council. Pat has been a regular attendee at council meetings and has championed varied issues for years.
She researches thoroughly to discover the truth behind the issues and lobbies for decisions based on facts.
Pat is endorsed and well respected by the majority of the returning council, a win-win situation for Mukilteo.
