Klein’s raise didn’t keep power on

Concerning PUD’s Steve Klein, and his new $308,000 annual salary. It’s too bad it came as the first storm rolled into the area and, as always, knocked out power to my business and several others in Stanwood.

As Mr. Klein may have found out, it’s a little hard to count your money in the dark. But I guess $308,000 buys a lot of batteries.
