I was just wondering. If I got a ticket, and follow the example of our wonderful government officials in Washington D.C., would I get in trouble if I offered a large bribe to a judge to change his opinion on my case — basically getting him to side in my favor?
I always thought offering someone money to change their opinion or position was a bribe. I must be mistaken.
