B ecause

U sers

D on’t

G enerate

E nough

T axes

C ausing

U nfortunate

T raffic

S ituations

Despite rising costs, we have voted to reduce or not increase our taxes. While that is our right, we also should realize that we shouldn’t expect the same level of service from the jurisdictions providing those services.
