One way to help solve the problem of failing Social Security is to have the government pay back what it borrowed from Social Security over the years. Pay back the IOUs. This would put Social Security back on its feet, instead of giving billions of dollars to foreign countries, money we probably will never recoup. Pay this back into the Social Security debt.
