Every once in a while a candidate for local office comes along with a great track record as a citizen of Snohomish County. This year we are fortunate to have such a candidate, Sam Low, running for position 5 on the Snohomish County Council.
Sam was born in Everett and graduated from Everett High School. While there he participated on the football and tennis teams. He was also captain of the chess team.
He is currently the Lake Stevens City Council President and serves on the Snohomish Health District Board.
Sam has been active in his community and is president of the Lake Stevens Rotary. He is also a member of the Lake Stevens Chamber of Commerce. Sam has also sponsored a local youth sports team and has been actively involved in other community events.
Sam is a small business owner and knows the problems and solutions for a small business to become successful. Sam has the ability and will work hard to create and preserve family wage jobs in Snohomish County.
And Sam is the one candidate committed and willing to work to solve some of the traffic problems our citizens face every day on highways 9, 522 and 2, as well as attempting to work on the problems drivers face daily on the trestle.
With his vast local experience and his eagerness to work for our citizens I believe Sam Low is the right candidate to be on our county council.
