I’m thankful for our friendly Community Transit bus driver, Mark Terry, who always gives a warm “good morning” and a pleasant “goodbye” to each of his passengers on the No. 209 route. While many commuters ignore Mark’s greeting, he is not deterred from making the next rider feel welcome. Mark also strives to make sure that his passengers get to their connections on time, and safely delivers others a little closer to their destinations when the weather is inclement.
Mark is the very definition of caring and polite customer service. Thank You, Mark!
And, thank you, Community Transit, for hiring many employees equal to Mark’s caliber.
