Katrina Ondracek, a candidate running to be state representative for the 44th Legislative District, would bring a broad range of skills, experience and knowledge to the Legislature that I believe position her to expertly serve both the citizens of our region, and citizens across our state.
As executive vice president of United Way of Snohomish County, Katrina has led the organization’s public policy efforts, creatively and successfully overseeing education and financial stability initiatives which daily improve the lives of children and families in our area. She is no stranger to the work our Legislature must accomplish, and her experience would enable her to hit the ground running, immediately providing tangible results for the people and families living in our district.
Additionally, Katrina’s service on the boards of Workforce Snohomish, the Housing Consortium of Everett and Snohomish County, the Partnership to End Homelessness, the Snohomish County’s Children’s Commission, and the Emergency Food and Shelter Program have provided her with perspective on the daily challenges faced by the members of our community in a way that will impact her work in Olympia to everyone’s benefit.
On a personal level, I know Katrina to be an intelligent, articulate, thoughtful and honest person with a passion for public service. These qualities, coupled with the skills and knowledge she brings to the table, make her the perfect person to be our representative in the Legislature. Please join me in supporting Katrina Ondracek for Representative for the 44th Legislative District.
