After reading Sid Schwab’s latest rant, (Oct. 29 column, “How to rig an election”) it is amazing to me that the Republicans have lost so many close elections. After all, many of these tactics worked very well for the Democratic Party in the South. Voter intimidation was a “given,” those guys in white sheets weren’t Republicans.
The “term” gerrymandering is attributed to the Democratic governor of Massachusetts, who changed voter boundary lines at will. The time-worn phrase “vote early, vote often” is always credited to a mayor of Chicago. Even now the “minions” of George Soros, armed with thousands of dollars of illegal contributions are spreading out in key wards of the battleground states. Just as they did for Obama in 2008 and 2012, these community action groups will intimidate or influence voters for St. Hillary.
The labor unions, particularly the SEIU will “get out the vote” as they have for years.
Voter fraud is not a thing of the past. All we ask is one vote per legal citizen. Is that to much to ask?
OK, what’s next? Oh yeah, billionaires who influence elections — must be talking about the Koch brothers since no one ever mentions George Soros who has spent untraceable millions in the past buying votes for left-leaning candidates and never gets investigated. Of course the Obama Justice Department won’t investigate such ridiculous claims. Finally reduced polling places. Since most people are voting by mail how can we know who is filling out the ballot, your friendly community action organizer? Possibly!
By the way did they ever find those two “Black Panthers” Fox News had on tape at a polling place in Philadelphia; they had clubs in their hands and were intimidating voters.
