We volunteers were in a booth at the Evergreen State Fair in August, and besides the booth we were manning, we observed the most heart-felt sights throughout the day. There were many people with special needs of all ages, assisted by dedicated caregivers who walked with them around the fair grounds. The people helping the special needs folks, demonstrated their love and caring attitude. As we watched these amazing people, it made us realize how thankful we are in having our health and how blessed we are in our own daily lives.
To the various organizations and leaders who helped the special needs group, thank you. You all were caring and dedicated with your love, patience and caring. Color, man, woman, child — there were no separation and should never be, as all people are created equal. Your efforts did not go unnoticed.
