I loved a recent letter about an older woman being asked for ID for non-alcoholic beer. I had just read an article about a daycare worker who was arrested for molestation. It made me cry. I am a daycare provider and it made me feel sick. I prayed for the children and went on reading the paper.
Then I got to the Opinion page and read Ardena Pendleton’s letter and it made me really laugh. I really needed your humorous experience right then. She’s right, we need more laughs right now. Thank you for making me laugh.
