Letter writer needs to prove his point

I challenge Frank Leathley to prove with substantiated facts his cynical statement that President Bush’s plan for the Middle East “…is purely based on the politics of the coming elections and is a sellout to the East Coast Jewish lobby for their support in that election…” (Letters, July 10; Middle East Peace: Boundaries must be re-established”)

If he can’t prove that, the balance of his letter is, of course, worthless.
