Driving between Everett and Monroe reveals that many construction vehicles and aggregate carriers are motoring along with no load covers. Aren’t covers required in this state?
I am certain that nobody enjoys being first or even fifth in line behind one of these vehicles that spew dust, dirt and projectiles at your hood and windshield. Can somebody explain this?
